Tony Flynn:
Following a 22 year career at de Zoete and Bevan and BZW where he set up and developed one of the leading equity derivatives dealing teams in the City, Tony left Barclays in 1998, having spotted the potential for a top quality, niche specialist firm in equity derivatives execution. Hence the establishment of XBZ Ltd.
Specialisation: Pan-European equity index derivatives.
Sean Connor: Sean also built his reputation in the equity derivatives dealing team of BZW and after 11 years with the firm, 6 of them specialising in the FTSE 100 index options market, he left with Tony to found XBZ . Amongst his many achievements he captained the London Stock Exchange Golfing Society during 2002/3. Aside from his dealing responsibilities, Sean is also Head of Compliance.
Specialisation: Pan-European equity index derivatives.

Joe Phillips: Joe also originated from BZW having joined Tony Flynn's team in 1987. He has 12 years' experience of exchange-traded
and OTC equity derivatives markets, including the setting-up and managing of teams for Natwest markets and JPT, prior to joining XBZ as a director in 1999 to head up the pan European equity options dealing team.
Specialisation: Pan-European single stock equity derivatives.
Charles Annandale:
Charles joined XBZ in July 2003 following a 17 year equity derivatives career at BZW, Morgan Stanley and Societe Generale where he headed up the 30 strong equity derivatives team in London. His experience covers the areas
both of flow derivatives and structured products sales to institutional and hedge fund clients
Specialisation: Sales and Marketing of Pan-European index and single stock derivatives.
Mark Cosgrove:
Mark is another ex BZW equity derivatives specialist. He joined BZW in 1995 where he developed and maintained the global databases for dividends, implied and historic volatility before being recruited by the equity derivatives dealing team in 1997. He joined XBZ in 1998 to work on the Index derivatives execution desk
Specialisation: Pan-European Equity Index derivatives.
Arnaud Dupuis:
Arnaud joined XBZ in December 2002 having previously spent 2 years on the structured product sales desk of Societe Generale in London. Prior to that he worked for Societe Generale, Commerzbank and Barclays Asset Management in Paris. Arnaud is responsible for the development of the continental European client base
Specialisation: Pan-European single stock equity derivatives.
Greg Lavey:
Greg joined XBZ in May 2000 from Fortis Bank where he specialised in all the back office and clearing aspects of global equity derivatives markets. He is XBZ's office manager and as such is responsible for all middle and back office functions. In addition he has considerable experience of dealing in equity index options markets.
Specialisation: Pan-European Equity Index Derivatives. Office Manager.
Sebastian Lewis:
Seb joined XBZ in December 2004 straight from college where he specialized in Computing and Business studies. He assists Greg Lavey in the smooth running of the middle and back office and has responsibility for the IT optimization and development of XBZ.
Specialisation: IT Maintenance and Development.
Mike Turner:
Mike joined XBZ in November 2005 having previously spent seven years broking equity derivatives products at Arian Financial LLP, The Link Asset and Securities Company Ltd and Kappa Financial. Prior to this he specialized in shipping, commodity and fixed income derivatives at Cargill.
Specialisation: Pan-European Equity Index derivatives.
Gary Hodges:
Gary joined XBZ in October 2005. he has a wealth of experience in the field of equity index and single stock derivatives having started his career in 1996 with Natwest before moving to JPT with Joe Phillips.
Specialisation: Pan-European Equity Index derivatives.
Danny Pope:
Dan joined XBZ in March 2006 to boost the rapidly expanding pan European single stocks derivatives business. He has over 14 years of experience covering a wide range of asset classes including Interest Rate Swaps, FRAs and equity derivatives and servicing a global client base. We are delighted to welcome him on board.
